We have, at Greenwood Acres, started raising the
wonderful lapdogs... Yorkshire Terriers. I had a loyal little
housedog named Sally Mae...she had to be everywhere I
was. If I was on the computer, she was curled up by my
feet. If I was in the kitchen, she was laying on a rug
nearby. If I was watching TV, she was in my lap. I lost
her due to an accident and I think of her often. I have
decided to raise these delightful little dogs, and look
forward to sending them on to loving homes.

Our yorkie puppies will normally mature at 4 to 7 pounds. The adults are in this range so their
babies should be also. We occasionally have some that will be smaller, however, there is no
size guarantee. Our puppies are guaranteed to be healthy and all will be health checked by our
veterinarian before leaving Greenwood Acres.
Our yorkie puppies generally are ready to leave from 9 to 12 weeks of age. This is determined
by the size of the puppy, whether there are small children in the family, and whether the puppy
is to be shipped. We ship within the continental US and the puppies are acclimated to a kennel
before shipping to help reduce stress.
Puppies are not priced until they are about 5 weeks old. Look for pictures of the puppies on
the "Puppy Page" at that time. We accept deposits of $150 (non-refundable) to reserve a
puppy. Puppies are chosen in the order of deposits.
Yorkie puppies come with a kennel, cozy blanket, packet of puppy food, registration application
health record and 14 day normal health guarantee and 1 year genetic guarantee.
